MERLIN ATTRACTIONS - WHAT IS THE RIDE ACCESS PASS & CARERS PASS?

Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort or LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

The Carer’s Pass is a Pass issued for a disabled guest and to be used by someone aged 14+ years to assist the disabled guest when visiting our attractions.

Ride Access Pass is a free service available at our Resort Theme Parks. It is designed to make reasonable adjustments to assist guests who do not understand the concept of queuing or have a physical disability that prevents them standing for extended periods of time. Please note that having a registered disability does not mean you automatically receive a Ride Access Pass. 

This card will be your Ride Access Pass ID for all your visits over the following 24 months, which will have your name, photo and carer requirements on it and will be valid at all 4 parks.
