Young Giants Tutoring

Young Giants is a tuition service supporting children and young people in need of alternative and supplementary provision.

We are a local authority approved and quality assured education provider working extensively with local authority SEND Departments, Virtual Schools, Inclusions Teams, Social Care, schools and PRUs.

Managed by a team of qualified teachers, we support children and young people with a range of SEND (including complex needs/PMLD), neurodiversity, SEMH, those missing education, 6th day exclusions and those at risk of permanent exclusion.

Based on the needs of the learner, our support takes the form of 1:1 (or 2:1) tuition in homes, schools or venues within the community. Where possible and safe to do so, we afford the opportunity for peer interaction amongst our learners with a focus on school transitions.

Placing a strong focus on removing barriers to learning, our tuition incorporates the right amount of academic mentoring for the development of a Growth Mindset, positive behaviour for learning, academic confidence and personal ambition within the child.
