Harris Academy Battersea

Harris Academy Battersea (formerly Battersea Park School) became an Academy in September 2014. There are around 800 boys and girls aged 11-18 on roll.

The school has consistently been recognised as one to the most improved schools in the country and each year builds on the improvements to academic achievement, as the rising percentages of GCSE passes show.

The school has performing Arts School Status and has newly refurbished Performing Arts spaces. The school has won two awards from the Specialist Schools Trust for sustained improvement of academic results in both 2008 and 2009. The Ofsted of July 2010 judged the school to be Good with Outstanding Features.

The Governors of the school are responsible for the arrangements for admitting children. The school will admit 180 pupils into Year 7 in September 2015. All places are offered to children across the full range of ability, with priority given to siblings and to those who live nearest the school.

Please see the school's website for more information on admissions and open days.
