Community Paediatric Physiotherapy Service
This service provides physiotherapy care across Wandsworth for children aged 0-16 years with complex needs (such as Cerebral Palsy, neuromuscular conditions, global developmental delay, etc.) as well as musculoskeletal conditions (such as knee pain, back problems, sports injuries, etc.)
The service provides Physiotherapy in clinics at Queen Mary’s Hospital and St George’s Hospital. For those with specific complex needs, we also provide Physiotherapy input across Wandsworth in home environments, education settings (including schools and nurseries) and, when indicated, other community settings (such as local gyms, parks, etc.)
We also offer a Ponseti service for children in the Wandsworth and Croydon boroughs.

We accept referrals for children and young people (0-16 years of age) with a Wandsworth GP.
We do not accept self-referrals – all referrals must be from a healthcare professional (e.g GP). Referrals can be sent to stgh-tr.referrals@nhs.net or posted to the department.
