One Trust Putney Community Social Base

Putney Community Social Base offers a range of day activities for adults with learning disabilities. The base is part of One Trust, a charity that specialises in personalised services with a community focus.
The Putney group enjoy active pursuits and take full advantage of the great outdoor spaces all over London and surrounding counties. The team at Putney Base specialise in supporting individuals with Autism and challenging needs, and work closely with our Positive Behavioural Support lead to provide personalised programmes of activity. Members make good use of their minibus and public transport links for frequent trips, sometimes as far as the south coast.
People joining the base are also able to make use of other resources of the charity, including evening/weekend respite, music therapy services, and sensory room and gardens at 21 Church Lane.
Most people access the service through a social work referral, but the service also accepts direct referrals (both self-funders and people in receipt of a local authority/NHS personal budget), continuing care referrals, and referrals from outside of the borough.
