Smallwood Road Family Centre

Smallwood Road Family Centre provides community-based parenting services.

The centre works with families where parents need extra help to ensure their children's long-term welfare needs are met. It also provides a safe environment for looked after children to have supervised contact with their parents, siblings or other family members.

Services include:

• a safe place to meet your children if separated;
• family support services;
• parenting advice; and 
• residential assessment service of family's needs.

The Family Centre services are accessible through referral only. Referrals are made by Children's Specialist Services (for example, social workers, family support workers).
