Battersea Park Children's Zoo
Battersea Park Children's Zoo is a place where children and parents/carers can go to find out more about animals of all kinds, including rabbits, donkeys, mice and monkeys. The zoo encourages 'up-close' encounters with animals and teaches children about conservation.
The zoo is aimed at children and young people aged 2-15 years and their families.
At the zoo, children and adults can:
- see animals from around the world;
- hear, smell and touch animals; and
- learn more about animals and the environment.
Please contact the zoo before visiting to check closing times or to book groups, tours or parties in advance. No dogs are allowed at the zoo, except guide dogs for the blind. At the zoo, there are many different kinds of animals. There is also a play area for children. Snacks, hot and cold drinks are available to buy from our shop and there is access to a heated indoor baby feeding room with chairs, toys, books and a microwave.
